By subscribing, you agree to:

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Property and Tenant Information

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of:

• Unit details

• Tenant records

• Lease agreements

• Rental pricing

• Financial transactions

• Maintenance records

Kodibase acts only as a software platform and does not verify the accuracy or legality of user-submitted information.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, databases, and other content provided by Kodibase remain the exclusive property of Kodibase or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written permission.

8. Data Security

Kodibase implements reasonable security measures to protect user information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.

Users are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and protecting access to their accounts.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep our platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance.

• Update system features.

• Temporarily suspend services for technical or security reasons.

10. Third-Party Services

Kodibase may integrate with third-party providers such as payment gateways, SMS services, email providers, cloud hosting, or mapping services.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kodibase, its employees, partners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform.

• Violation of these Terms.

• Violation of applicable laws.

• Infringement of third-party rights.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Kodibase reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

• Abuse the platform or its services.

• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
